ATTRACT ◊ DEVELOP ◊ ENGAGE ◊ INSPIRE
Our founder attributed Printpack’s success to one overall ingredient – its people. Printpack's competition can buy the same equipment and the same materials, but the difference is the people who are here versus the people who represent the competition. There is no question that this is a major factor in what has made Printpack all that it has been for over 50 years.
The Printpack Statement of Philosophy states that in our commitment to our associates we believe that we should “provide opportunities for personal fulfillment and growth commensurate with each individual’s highest level of competence and degree of contribution”
In addition to ongoing associate development and training, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote wellness and provide protection for our associates and their families. Some of our competitive benefits include medical coverage, dental coverage, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k), matching gift program, employee assistance programs, educational assistance, and service awards.
