Q. Can you share your Printpack career journey?
I have been with Printpack for 30+ years now. My journey started when my neighbor referred me to Printpack in 1994. The first job I was hired for was working in Press Operations at the Atlanta plant on Wendell Drive. About 6 months later, I became a Press Assistant. In 1996, I transferred to Villa Rica as an assistant at the Metallizing plant and moved up to Metallizing operator. A few years later, I was promoted to Metallizing supervisor, and in June of 2025, I transitioned to Digital Plant Supervisor.
Q. What keeps you excited about coming to work after all these years?
I enjoy being able to train and mentor the younger generation by sharing what Printpack has taught me. I want to help them achieve a successful career with the company like I have.
Q. What has kept you engaged and growing with the company for three decades?
Printpack’s deep-rooted values, culture of innovation, and the people I’ve had the privilege to work with have kept me coming back. Additionally, Printpack maintains its commitment to quality, integrity, and putting the customer first.

Stay positive and focus on your goal. Be open to all constructive criticism.
Q. What opportunities for learning and development (L&D) at Printpack helped shape your career path?
Printpack’s L&D opportunities (Foundations of Leadership course, Management Leadership Program, mentorships, etc.) have been valuable throughout my time with the company. Collaboration with other departments has also been key to my growth, like working with materials management, maintenance, quality, etc.
