Printpack Announces a New Customer Self-Service Portal

In today’s lightning-fast, hyper-connected world, it is more important than ever that Printpack’s customers have as much information at their fingertips as possible. No longer content with old-world communication and ordering processes, B2B buyers increasingly demand the same convenient shopping experience in their work lives that we all enjoy as consumers.

To enhance the customers’ experience, Printpack launches the Xccelerator, a new customer self-service portal. Xccelerator offers Printpack’s customers a full suite of real-time self-service and reporting capabilities, including item inquiries, inventory inquiries, and the ability to place, track, and manage production and shipment orders. The real-time visibility will give customers the information they need to stay up-to-date and make critical business decisions more quickly. Xccelerator launched to a small first wave of customers in June 2020 and is now available. Printpack’s existing customers can request access to the Xccelerator through their Printpack contact.
