To enhance the customers’ experience, Printpack launches the Xccelerator, a new customer self-service portal. Xccelerator offers Printpack’s customers a full suite of real-time self-service and reporting capabilities, including item inquiries, inventory inquiries, and the ability to place, track, and manage production and shipment orders. The real-time visibility will give customers the information they need to stay up-to-date and make critical business decisions more quickly. Xccelerator launched to a small first wave of customers in June 2020 and is now available. Printpack’s existing customers can request access to the Xccelerator through their Printpack contact.
